FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Department of Personnel and Administration is responsible for advising the Rector on ordering, controlling and implementing activities in the following fields:
1. Development plans and investments:
- Building and monitoring the implementation of short, medium and long-term plans.
- Guiding other units to build strategic plans.
2. Finance and Accountancy:
- Managing income sources and funds of the University
- Implementing and monitoring the University’s spending
- Managing financial activities of professional units
3. Infrastructure building
- Making and managing plans of infrastructure building
- Implementing regulations on building and investment
- Checking quality of construction.
4. Management of equipment and facilities
- Managing, monitoring and guiding procedures on purchasing, using and repairing of public assets and facilities. Carrying administrative procedures with higher authorities on equipment.
- Fixing normal damages of equipment and facilities and proposing methods for other damages.
- Organizing the liquidation of broken or out of date equipment.
5. Managing staff who work at the Department of Planning and Finance and its facilities.
