FUNCTIONS
1. Managing dormitories, lecture-room buildings and services; securing environmental sanitary and internal security.
2. Advising, implementing activities serving demands of staff and students.
3. Operating as an autonomous unit
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Dormitory and Service Team
- Allocating places for students, proposing methods to secure sanitary, comfortably, safety and security in dormitories
- Checking and supervising students in implementing internal dormitory regulations.
- Managing dormitories, parking services, rented premises, canteen, gymnasium
2. Administration and Environmental Team
- Managing lecture-rooms buildings, equipment in class rooms.
- Securing the quality of environment inside the University.
- Provide electricity to all buildings labs in the University.
3. Security Team:
- Building plans to train security guards and to organize internal protection, protect the university’s assets,
- Prevent and fight fire, and coordinate with inside and outside units to secure internal security.
